Inviting Clubs/Schools to Your Organization

Learn how to invite schools to join your organization and manage school relationships.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Your Organization Editor

From the Dashboard, click 'My Organizations' and then select 'Edit Information' for the organization you want to update.

Link a School

In the 'Manage Members' tab, search for the school name and click 'Link School'. The school owner receives a notification and you can track whether they accept or reject the invite.

Tip

Once accepted, the school appears as an affiliated school on your organization's public page.

Review Linked Schools

Scroll to the 'Linked Schools' section to see every connected school, manage their status, or unlink them when needed.

Watch for Approvals

After you send a request, you'll see its status here and get a dashboard notification once the school approves. Use this view to confirm the connection or follow up if it's still pending.
