Access Join Requests

Organization owners, admins, and managers receive a dashboard notification like this when a club (for example, “X Dojo”) requests to join. Click 'Review Request' directly from the notification, or open 'My Organizations' and select 'Edit Information' to review it from the organization editor.

Review Request Details

Open the 'Manage Members' tab inside your organization editor to view pending requests. Each request lists the school, who submitted it, and gives you quick Approve or Reject controls from the same panel.

Approve or Reject and Track Outcome

From the pending request card, choose 'Approve' to link the school immediately and notify their owner, or select 'Reject' if it’s not the right fit. Once approved, the school moves automatically into your Linked Schools list where you can manage the relationship any time.
